once we decide we're a good fit, here's what happens..

1:1 distance fitness + nutrition coaching

1) We’ll begin with a 45-60 minute Zoom session: an assessment during which I can get a feel for where you are now so we can create a program that meets you there. Together, we'll decide on how many days per week and for how long you'll be training. If you’d like to explore making nutritional changes, we’ll discuss what that looks like in practice. Prior to this session you’ll complete a questionnaire, providing information about your training history, your intentions for coaching, and your life outside of training. Because you’re a whole person, and training is one part of that whole.

2) Your program is made available to you through the TrueCoach app, including videos and written descriptions for all movements. You can add videos and photos, ask questions, and provide feedback directly in the workouts, and you can also message me through the app. Your first monthly charge is made on the day your program starts.

3) We’ll have a 20-minute video or phone call check-in each week: an opportunity for you to reflect on your previous week, and head into the next week feeling confident and prepared. We'll also check in with nutrition and hydration habits, sleep, recovery and your overall well-being during our weekly call.

$299/month, with a minimum 3-month commitment

1:1 live virtual personal training

1) We’ll begin with a 45-60 minute Zoom session: an assessment during which I can get a feel for where you are now so we can create a program that meets you there. Together, we'll decide on our weekly training schedule: sessions can be 30 or 60 minutes. If you’d like to explore making nutritional changes, we’ll discuss what that looks like in practice. Prior to this session you’ll complete a questionnaire, providing information about your training history, your intentions for coaching, and your life outside of training. Because you’re a whole person, and training is one part of that whole.

2) We’ll meet on Zoom each week for training sessions. You’ll also have your program available to you through the TrueCoach app, so you know what to expect in each session, and for you to access any additional self-directed workouts or mobility sessions you’d like to have in your program! Your first monthly charge is made on the day we have our first training session (the day your program begins).

3) During training sessions, we’ll also check in with your nutrition and hydration habits, sleep, recovery and your overall well-being, as it makes sense for you.

2 hours of training per week: $409/month, with a minimum 3-month commitment
